Success Accounting Group was born in 2006 after the birth of my son. My passion is growing best practice businesses and building wealth through developing and investing in property and eagerness to help others has attracted the loyal following of our clients and set the rapid growth for our Chartered Accountant practice. My best practice morals and standards are filtered through to my A team, who have been chosen to continue the growth of our business, themselves and our clients. I pride myself to be able to solve my client’s tax and financial problems and help them capitalize on the business opportunities that arise. I do this by showing my clients solutions on tax strategies as well as ways to adopt technology to automate their business that would reduce their compliance costs and free up more of my clients time so they can work ‘on’ their business rather just ‘in’ their business.

What I love about being on the Success Accounting Group team ..

First of all, I have a great team who embraces new ways to help clients achieve their goals. We are a team who is able to bring clients’ business onto another level as we are trusted by clients to build their business and grow their wealth. Also, we are early adopters of technology, using Xero and Spotlight, to help our clients achieve their goals faster.

With a combined experience of over 16 years, the Success team knows what it takes to run a successful business – as we walk our talk. Since the opening of Success Accounting Group in 2006, we have grown over 30 percent year after year. I believe that experience and specific knowledge of the industry, passion, and dedication to our clients has helped us stemmed trust and word of mouth referrals from our loyal clients. Secondly hiring the right people and thirdly putting in place solid systems. Finally, I strive to continuously engage my new and existing customers with value-added tips and strategies on how to achieve higher profits and reduce taxes. Hence, clients, I have seen that in less than 8 years, to her loyal clients has won the trust and loyalty from her clients.

My approach to our clients is first to seek to understand what is the 3 urgent needs they require fixing in their business and then go about solving it for them efficiently and effectively.  Our accountants are not only strategic thinkers but are an innovative team that embraces technology in their solutions for our business owners. Technology plays an important part in helping a business to grow, scale and succeed and our team is all XERO certified champions who can mentor through your business journey…

What I love about my role is …

I love that I am able to mentor not only the team but also personal and business clients. I am able to guide them to achieve their aspirations. Also, I am very lucky to have a role where I have the freedom to attend conferences and seminars to learn about the best and latest measures during office hours as I know that my team is capable.

Outside of office hours …

I have 3 young children, Vincent, Michelle, and Angelina, so my time outside of office hours are spent taking them to soccer and swimming and cheering them on. I also enjoy renovating and investing in properties. Currently, I am not active with community work but would like to change this to help build and develop the community.

Something most people don’t know about me is …

I used to play competitive table tennis and badminton and also the piano
